This hail impact test equipment is designed to verify the ability of solar panels to resist hail impacts. Artificially made ice hockey balls are used to simulate hail and the impact of hail climate on solar panels, ensuring long-term reliability of the PV modules.

It’s according to IEC61215-MQT17、IEC TS 63397-2022 HMQT17 testing standard requirement.It’s to verify that the module is capable of withstanding the impact of hailstones, artificially made ice hockey is used to simulate hail and impact components at a constant speed, simulating the impact of hail climate on components.
